UHMW – Virgin
UHMW sets the standards for engineering polymers with a unique combination of wear and corrosion resistance, low-friction surface and impact strength. It retains key physical properties to -30°C. UHMW is resistant to chemical attack and moisture absorption.
UHMW meets FDA, USDA, and 3-A Dairy guidelines for food processing and handling. Whether you’re moving grain, pharmaceuticals, pizza dough or frozen poultry, UHMW material predictably moves materials and products.

UHMW Reprocessed
Maintains an acceptable combination of UHMW properties for less demanding, non-FDA applications. Marble grade is a multicolored blend of virgin and reclaimed UHMW, while Uniblend grade achieves more uniform colors through stringent separation of colors.
UHMW Ceram P
UHMW Ceram P is an outstanding performer in applications marked by high load, high speed, and severe sliding abrasion. Its high tensile strength and wear resistance have been successful in the lumber, paper, and agricultural industries. Composed of virgin polymer and premium additives, UHMW Ceram P is a shatter- resistant alternative to sintered ceramics.
UHMW Oil Filled
With UHMW Oil Filled, conveyors can operate more effectively, without the effort and added expense of unnecessary lubrication. On Oil Filled guides, sprockets and conveyor components, chains move more easily with less tension, stretching and binding.
Enhanced dynamic coefficient of friction formula as an oil additive that lubricates mating surfaces. Meets FDA and USDA guidelines for food handling.
UHMW Antistatic
Modified to exhibit anti-static properties, its surface resistivity ranges from 105 to 109 (ohms/cm2). UHMW Anti-Static is available in sheet, rod, and profiles. UHMW Antistatic is compounded for situations where dust and static electricity pose significant problems. UHMW Anti-Static can move products more safely in potentially volatile environments, such as munitions plants, grain handling facilities and explosive assembly facilities (airbags) where a spark can cause a dust explosion. UHMW Antistatic protects products sensitive to build-up of electrical charges.
